We are currently seeking innovative and dedicated candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant II, Assessing. This position is responsible for providing administrative and program support to the department and exemplary customer service to the public.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree or two (2) years of college coursework in an administrative assistant or office management related program; AND three (3) years of related experience in progressively responsible administrative support positions; OR
- High School diploma/GED equivalent AND eight (8) years of experience in progressively responsible administrative support positions.
- Knowledge of computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) system preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with office computers and related applications to perform word processing and data entry for CAMA system.
