WCA is seeking new certified assessing individuals to join our team for full or part time positions in the Kalamazoo/Calhoun County area as well as Metro Detroit. Successful candidates will assist in the administration of the various communities real and personal property assessment program. Applicants must possess a State Tax Commission Assessor’s Certification.

Pay is commensurate with knowledge and experience and beginning salary ranges for MCAT certification ranges from $49,000 to $54,600, MCAO from $54,600 to $65,600and MAAO from $65,600 to $82,100. Benefits include 8.5% employer contribution to 401k, competitive health, dental and optical insurance, leave/time off and educational benefits.
